Wringing out stagnation

Twisting postures are more than just stretches—they’re tools for renewal. When practiced mindfully, twists stimulate digestion, release tension along the spine, and create space for fresh energy. Gentle spinal rotations massage the abdominal organs, encouraging circulation and detoxification.
